The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will be the bridge between SPLX and our enterprise customers. This is a customer-facing role that combines technical expertise, communication skills, and a consultative approach to ensure customers gain maximum value from our platform.
As TAM, you’ll guide deployments, provide best practices, troubleshoot complex issues, and act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, engineers, and security leaders. You’ll also channel customer insights back into SPLX’s product roadmap, helping us continuously push the frontier of AI security.
What You’ll Do
Guide customers on deployment, operation, and best practices for the SPLX platform.
Support DevOps teams in delivering on-premise Kubernetes deployments in customer cloud or data center environments.
Lead onboarding and success programs via Slack, video calls, email, and occasional on-site visits.
Build mediation layers that enable automated interaction with AI chat interfaces.
Maintain deep engagement with customers, sharing product updates, insights, and enabling champions/super users.
Serve as primary liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating across Engineering, Product, and Sales.
Identify and resolve technical issues to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Advocate for customer needs in roadmap discussions, feature prioritization, and bug resolution.
Contribute to renewals and expansion opportunities by highlighting business value.
Represent SPLX at conferences, trade shows, and customer workshops.
Who You Are
Experienced in customer-facing technical roles, ideally within cybersecurity or GenAI environments.
Skilled communicator, equally comfortable in technical deep-dives and executive briefings.
Strong problem-solver with a track record of resolving complex technical challenges.
Professional, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledgeable in Generative AI, cybersecurity, or adjacent technical domains.
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Python or TypeScript scripting.
Experience with REST/WebSocket APIs and tools like cURL, Postman.
Expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Experience with authentication protocols (OIDC, SSO via IdPs like EntraID).
Experience with Kubernetes container orchestration, Helm charts, and deploying Kubernetes clusters.
Bonus: AI red teaming, agentic system development, or MCP server experience.
