As the Growth Marketer at SplxAI, you will play a critical role in driving adoption of our AI security platform by leading demand generation, inbound marketing, and full-funnel growth strategy. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Design to plan and execute high-impact campaigns that generate qualified leads and fuel our pipeline with high-intent prospects.
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer with a builder’s mentality – hands-on, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in growth marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, AI, or SaaS, and understand the language of CISOs, security engineers, and AI practitioners.
What You’ll be Doing
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate awareness, traffic, and qualified leads.
Own paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.), email nurtures, and lead scoring to drive pipeline growth.
Align closely with Sales on ICPs, lead quality, and performance insights.
Growth Experimentation
Identify and test new channels, tactics, and messaging to scale user acquisition.
Run structured growth experiments with clear hypotheses, metrics, and rapid iteration cycles.
Content & SEO Strategy
Coordinate content roadmap across blog, whitepapers, landing pages, and case studies.
Guide SEO planning and content distribution in collaboration with internal and external contributors.
Ensure campaigns translate technical value into clear, persona-specific narratives.
Messaging & Positioning Alignment
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to always be aligned on latest wording and messaging standards in the industry.
Maintain cohesive storytelling across all channels and content mediums.
Ensure our positioning is always aligned with the right target personas and create content that establishes us as thought leaders and an authority in the space.
Test and iterate on messaging to see what resonates the most with key personas.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
Own marketing automation and CRM workflows (HubSpot experience preferred), ensuring smooth lead capture, routing, and scoring.
Set up dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance, attribution, and ROI.
Use insights to optimize the funnel, identify bottlenecks, and uncover high-impact opportunities.
Support with event marketing, PR, and community efforts when needed to amplify reach.
What We're Looking For
2+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally in B2B cybersecurity, AI, or SaaS.
Strong track record running successful inbound and paid campaigns.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
Experience coordinating SEO and content initiatives with internal or external contributors.
Data-driven, organized, and curious – able to turn insights into action quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for breaking down complex ideas.
Full hands-on mentality, being comfortable wearing multiple hats and acquiring new skills.
