As the AI Engineer at SplxAI, you will play an extensive role in developing the technological foundations of our company. We are looking for engineers that can help us build continuous and automated security layers for AI applications. Your sweet spot will be LLM Red Teaming and generalizing your research across different industrial use cases within Conversational AI.
What you'll be doing:
Developing leading scanners in space of AI Safety and Security
Building SplxAI research community while contributing to leading open-source AI security and safety projects
Implementing adversarial attacking strategies based on latest research papers and crowd-sourced security exploits
Producing benchmarks and making our your scanners have SOTA attack surface coverage for different safety and security risks
Competing worldwide on different events with SplxAI Red Team
What we're looking for:
Proven track record in research, hackathons or open-source community
Experience in Python and multiple AI/ML frameworks
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
