Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR), who will play a key role in driving our growth in the US and UKI. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, creating opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients.


What you'll be doing:

  • Strategic prospecting and driving GTM motion: Research and prospect into organizations using email, calls, networking, and other creative methods to guide early-stage pipeline development.

  • Lead qualification: Penetrate, profile, qualify, and schedule well-qualified appointments with key decision makers within targeted companies.

  • Activity goals: Your goal will be to exceed daily and weekly activity goals, delivering a high quantity of well-qualified sales opportunities.

  • Articulating our value proposition: To assess buying interest, you will communicate our value proposition to decision makers across multiple industries.

  • Technical understanding: You will attain a deep understanding and demonstrate SplxAI's tech solutions to prospective clients.

  • Collaboration with GTM team: You will work closely with sales and sales engineering teams to develop strategic sales approaches.

  • Research and education: Research customers, identify decision-makers, educate prospects, and qualify buying interest.

  • CRM Management: You will maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information for all customers and prospects using our CRM tool.


What we're looking for (minimum qualifications)

  • 1 year working experience in a sales position

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

  • Full proficiency in Business level English

  • Ability to demonstrate an apprehension for technology


What will make you stand out (preferred qualifications)

  • Working experience at a security, SaaS, or software company

  • Experience with the MEDDIC sales methodology

  • Proven capabilities and skills in account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time and territory management
