As the Cyber Security Lead - Founding Member at SplxAI, you will play a key role in shaping the technological foundations of our company. You will be instrumental in defining a new field, requiring a unique blend of technical skill, strategic thinking, and a dynamic, action-oriented approach to work.
What you'll be doing:
Strategic collaboration on driving GTM motion: Helping the GTM team both as a Solution Engineer in the beginning and building the SE team from 0 as first man on the ground.
Face to the customers and business partners: As a Cyber Security Lead, you will be continuously leading events and meeting with the customers and partners in order to grow our business. Your role involves supporting SplxAI clients with different services like workshops and PoCs in order to improve the onboarding experience of users to Probe.
Bridging the gap between clients and product development: Transforming innovative ideas and client feedback into product features will be your primary responsibility.
Strategic collaboration and adaptability: Working closely with the founders, go-to-market, and other product team members, your insights will have a significant influence on aligning our product with regulatory landscapes and business goals.
Industry interface and ownership mentality: By actively engaging with leaders in the AI industry, you will understand their challenges and integrate their needs into our product. This role requires a strong ownership mentality, where you take full responsibility for your work and drive projects with a focus on results.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity sector as solution architect or principal engineer
Seasoned in delivering experiences and facing customers across the globe
Proven experience in working with executive teams and aligning product development with business objectives
Experience in navigating and aligning product development with regulatory requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to a variety of audiences
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
